Aidan likes his music! Here is a small list of CDs that we would like to get for him. Sometimes things are available on iTunes. If you’re going to gift it via iTunes, I recommend emailing an iTunes gift card to Patrick or I with the name of the album or songs you want to gift. We have never been able to access songs that were purchased and gifted to us.
I have only included Amazon links, no iTunes links.

“For the Kids” by Various Artists. A percent of the proceeds go to VH1’s Save The Music Foundation.
“For the Kids, Too” by Various Artists.
We don’t have cable or satellite (as we chose not to get it) so Aidan will not get to see any kids shows unless we get DVDs. He’s watched some Sesame Street with Kiira and really likes the music (he loves music) and the kids. A lot of this won’t really hold his attention until he’s a bit older but we’re looking to start getting things now.

What we’re currently looking to get him:
Sesame Street DVDs (we’ll list specifics when we get them)
Sesame Street - Old School, Vol. 1 (1969-1974)
Sesame Street: 40 Years of Sunny Days
The Wonder Pets
“Here Come The ABCs” by They Might Be Giants.
I have come to realize that most of the children’s books that I like are not quite suitable for bed time. I think what Colleen was trying to say was that I get loud and active when I read them - fun, but not soothing. So please feel free to recommend books to us.

Jet set babies wear wings by Michelle Sinclair Colman
Knuffle Bunny: A Cautionary Tale by Mo Willems
Knuffle Bunny 2: A Case of Mistaken Identity by Mo Willems
Knuffle Bunny Free: an Unexpected Diversion by Mo Willems
Don’t Let the Pigeon Stay Up Late by Mo Willems
Don’t Let the Pigeon Drive the Bus by Mo Willems
The Pigeon Finds a Hot Dog by Mo Willems
The Pigeon Loves Things That Go! by Mo Willems (Board Book)
The Pigeon Has Feelings Too by Mo Willems (Board Book)
Catilda by John Stadler
Little Critter books by Mercer Mayer (M.M. is from Little Rock)
The Going To Bed Book by Sandra Boynton (Board Book)
But Not The Hippopotamus By Sandra Boynton (Board Book)
Bed, Bed, Bed by They Might Be Giants (includes CD)
Kids Go! by They Might Be Giants (includes CD)
Bark, George by Jules Feiffer
I wish I had a dinosaur by Ian Anggabrata & Mingga Anggawan
Can I have a Stegosaurus, Mom? by Lois Grambling
Dinosaur Roar! by Paul & Henrietta Stickland
How Do Dinosaurs Eat Their Food by Jane Yolan
Honestly, I have no idea what might be a good toy for a baby. I can think of baby toys that would be pretty or that Patrick would play with, but nothing for a baby that pretty much sleeps and eats for two months. So again, feel free to make recommendations or just get it.
